Project Management

I led the project from its birth to its end, from client acquisition and project management to digital strategy and UX design, delivering a new web application. Using an agile workflow with clearly defined phases while controlling costs, priorities, and review cycles.

Digital Strategy

I conducted a system context analysis to understand users, content sources, internal processes, and technical dependencies. Based on this, I translated business goals into concrete UX, functional, and content requirements that guided design and development.

Requirement Engineering

I defined the system structure and specified core features including bookmarking and comparing properties, an interactive map, a project portfolio, a search agent for new listings, and a dedicated service area for tenants. Each feature was documented with functional requirements.

UX Design

I designed the information architecture, navigation logic, and interaction flows for multiple user needs and scenarios. The structure supports property discovery through lists, bookmarking, comparisons, and an interactive map, alongside access to a project portfolio and tenant services.

Accessibility & Application Testing

I aligned the web application with WCAG and EN 301 549 standards, covering structure, contrast, keyboard navigation, focus behavior, and semantic markup. I tested the application during implementation to validate functionality, accessibility, and overall UX consistency.
