1. Privacy

2. Data Collection

I receive your name, email address, and message through the contact form. The form sends inquiries directly to my email inbox. Visitor usage data such as page views, session duration, device type, and interaction patterns are collected anonymously via Framer Analytics.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

I process inquiry data only to respond to portfolio or project requests. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and your request for contact. Framer Analytics is used to understand general website usage, not individuals.

4. Retention

Contact form inquiries stay in my inbox for up to 12 months. They are deleted after 12 months if no active conversation or project exists. Anonymous analytics data is retained within Framer according to their processing standards.

5. Data Sharing

No inquiry data is forwarded to third parties except Framer Analytics as the anonymized analytics processor. I do not use inquiry data for newsletters, marketing automation, or user profiling. No data is sold or used for advertising audiences.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your inquiry at any time via email. You may also object to tracking. Inquiry data will be deleted immediately if no legal obligation prevents it. Analytics tracking can be disabled by you at any time through Framer’s opt-out mechanisms.

7. Security

I handle inquiries through encrypted communication and protected accounts. Framer Analytics processes anonymous usage data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
